We ship within the U.S.

Currently we do not offer Returns.

 

We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $7.99 per order and FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS within 2-6 business days of placing an order. Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping and tracking information will be received via the email address associated with the order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, your order will be subject to re-shipping charges. If it gets lost because of a wrong address entered we cannot be responsible.

 

Please note that once your package arrives to the post office it is out of our companies control on what happens to your items. If lost or stolen Pink Feather will not be able to refund you due to us fulfilling the order and doing our part. You will need to contact your local post office to open up a case of a missing item. We of course want to help as much as we can, please do contact us if this does happen and we can try our best to help you out. This is very rare, but we're aware things happen and we would like to warn our customers.
